HOW IS THE FIT?
Items tend to run smaller than normal. Order at least 1-2 sizes bigger for you or your dog. For a normal fit (1 size) or a baggier fit (2 sizes). If you need assistance or more information send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and 2-3 business days to ship depending on your country origin. Products are on a made-to-order basis which results in a slower process time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All U.S. domestic orders with be delivered within 10-20 days while international orders can take up to 30 days depending on your location. Please be patient and allow sufficient amount time for delivery. It is completely out of our hands as soon as our manufacture ships it.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes we do! We are able to ship any order worldwide for FREE.
WHERE WILL MY ITEMS SHIP FROM?
Our manufacturers are located across the world. Each item will vary on shipment. Note: Items that are purchases together may not arrive at the same time.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Not at this time but, from time to time we will have free shipping promotions. Note: Items that are purchased together may not arrive at the same time.
ARE THE ITEMS TAXED?
We are required by law to add a sales tax to goods that are sold. Taxes will be determined based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped you should receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive the email within 72 hours, please let us know and we will send you another one. You can also check your tracking number under the Track Order tab, at the top of our website.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase date. Most, if not all order will be processed by then so it will be too late.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Review our Refund Policy or our Returns/Exchanges tab for further details.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU ?
